SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Destinations

We ship orders across the United Kingdom and some parts of Europe. If your destination is not listed on the checkout page, please drop us a message at info@onpointjiujitsu.com​ or via our Instagram page, and we will do our best to fufill your your order.

Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days – £3.50.

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days – £5.50.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over £80.

  • European Shipping: £10.50.

  • Please note: Orders shipped to Europe may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. OnPoint Apparel is not liable for any additional charges incurred during the import process.

Order Processing Time

  • We aim to process all orders the same day Mon-Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@onpointjiujitsu.com, and we’ll assist you.

  • In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48hrs with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​
Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.

How to Return an Item
  1. Please contact us at info@onpointjiujitsu.com to notify us of your return.

  2. Securely package the item and include your order number and contact details within the package.

  3. Arrange and pay for the return postage and packaging and ship to the address provided.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund for the item(s) will be processed within 9 days minus the original postage and packaging costs.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot refund items that:

  • Are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

  • Have shrank due to not following washing / drying instructions

  • Are returned without tags or packaging.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return the unwanted item as per our returns policy.
